Beneficiation process

Crushing and screening stage

The final product size of crushed ore is -12mm. The equipment selection is advanced and reliable, and the investment is low; the design adopts a compact and reasonable co-plant configuration for crushing and screening operations, which is very convenient for production management; the crushed product has a fine particle size, which saves the comprehensive cost of crushing and grinding;

Grinding and classification stage

the fineness of the first-stage grinding product is -200 mesh accounting for 67%, and the fineness of the second-stage grinding product -325 mesh accounting for 88.47%. The grinding equipment uses a bearing-driven energy-saving ball mill, which greatly reduces the cost of grinding. The first-stage classification equipment adopts a modified spiral classifier, and the second-stage classification adopts a fine screen to strictly control the grading particle size;

Magnetic separation stage

one-time roughing, three-time selection of magnetic separation process, the ore slurry is transported by Xinhai Mining Wear-resistant Slurry Pump;

Concentrate tailings conveying stage

The iron concentrate is filtered by a permanent magnet filter and transported directly to the iron concentrate storage yard by a belt, and the tailings flow directly to the tailing ditch outside the concentrator.
