Background of the project
The ore mineral composition of the project is relatively simple, and the metal minerals are mainly chalcopyrite and pyrite. Non-metallic minerals are mainly quartz, chlorite, etc. From the results of multi-element analysis, it can be seen that the recyclable element in the ore is copper. The copper grade of the raw ore is 0.80%.
Crushing and screening stage
The jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing and half-stage crushing, the cone crusher is used for fine crushing, and the heavy-duty circular vibrating screen is used for screening. The final crushed product particle size is -12mm;
Grinding and classification stage
Wet grid type ball mill is used for grinding operation, linear vibrating screen is selected for pre-grading, and XCⅡ grading hydrocyclone group is used for control grading. The final grinding fineness is -200 mesh, accounting for 68.0%;
Lime is used as regulator, Z200 is collector, raw ore is ground to -200 mesh, accounting for 68.4%, XCF/KYF flotation machine is selected for roughing and two sweeping operations, and BF type flotation machine is used for two selection operations. Choose machine. In the end, the flotation copper concentrate grade was 20.00%, and the copper recovery rate reached 90.00%.
Concentrate dehydration stage
The first-stage dehydration operation selects a highly efficient reformed thickener, and the second-stage dehydration operation selects a chamber filter press. In the end, the copper concentrate filter cake contains about 20% water.
Lime is used as the regulator in the flotation separation stage, Z200 is the collector, and the raw ore is ground to -200 mesh accounting for 68.4%. After one rough, two sweeps and two fines, the yield can be 3.45%, and the copper grade is 20.78%. , The copper recovery rate is 90.05% concentrate.
